This year Lowell Catholic celebrated their twelfth annual Walk-A-Thon fundraiser on October 28th. With students and families banding together, the school raised close to $45,000. This milestone made it by far the most successful event to date. This year’s freshman class led the pack by raising over $13,000. Money raised by this fundraiser goes toward initiatives affecting students the most. This year the school is using the proceeds to purchase new science equipment, new smartboard technology, and new projectors.
