Lowell Catholic is fully accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). It is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) and has recently joined the Xaverian Brothers Sponsored Schools network (XBSS).

Nestled in the quiet residential Highlands area of Lowell, the recently completed Bishop McNamara Center has produced a three-building campus allowing Lowell Catholic to equip students with state-of-the-art resources as they prepare for the next stage of the educational lives.

The student body consists of students from throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.
School Year
The academic year includes two semesters. Each semester is divided into two quarters. School begins the last week in August and concludes in June. (See School Calendar for exact dates.)

Athletics/Activities
Over 70% participate in after school athletics or activities. Lowell Catholic is a member of the MIAA; 13 Varsity sports and many clubs and extracurricular activities are offered.
AP Courses
LCHS currently offers 7 AP courses in the following subjects: Biology, Calculus AB, Calculus BC, English Literature, Psychology, Statistics and U.S. History.
Tuition Assistance
Over 55% of our student families receive some sort of financial aid. The amount of each grant depends on a family's financial profile, which is considered relative to others in the pool of candidates for aid. Families must apply annually.
